4 STEPS BECOMING THE STAR THAT YOU ARE

While participating in a Mastermind group I got the assignment to write on
article on the title above. I was surprised by this title knowing this is a true
dream I have wishing everyone to being their true beautiful bright Star of
their life and have their heaven on Earth and inviting me to come out of my
own shadow.
If you look around you how many times do you see ‘STAR’ mentioned in
advertising, books, magazines, flags, movies, songs … yet we are afraid to
shine our own light. Not because we do not know how, just because we are
afraid that if we do we change our surroundings forever and completely. Do
we want this responsibility? Do we want to create a better world? Do we
want to heal the world and experience heaven on earth?
We are all stardust and are so connected to the stars shining brightly in the
dark sky. We wish upon a star. We are looking for stars falling out of the
sky so we can make a wish. We grow up with the lullaby ‘Twinkle, Twinkle,
little star’, Leonardo Da Vinci recognized the star connection of the human
body with the bright stars in the sky

and still we hide in our shadow.

I know it takes a lot of courage to shine your light brightly and be the STAR
of your own life and if you decide to do so here are some tools which can
help you to light up this light bit by bit:

1. Being imperfect is your greatest gift

Accept, acknowledge, surrender, embrace the true Star you are right here,
right now. Perfection does not exist on this planet. If you look around in
nature you will see such a variety in shapes and heights and colors of the
different trees, plants … If you go to a Natural Food Store you really see
the difference of shapes and colors of all the fruit and vegetables. So do
we, we are so different and special from each other which makes us so
unique. The human world wants to make us all uniform which makes it
easier for them to set rules and regulations for all of us and when we try to
fit into the box we separate ourselves from our uniqueness.
Do not try to be perfect or to make something perfect before you show it to
the world. Our imperfection is our greatest gift to share.
Embrace whoever you are with so much love and compassion for yourself
and embrace whatever story keeps you frozen and hidden in the shadow
and do rewrite your story. Anything can change in a blink of an eye!
Rewrite your story to a totally new script of your life were anything is
possible, magic happens and happiness and love conquers everything.

2. Coming out of the shadow into the light

We all have our stories of abuse, failure, not good enough, not perfect, not
loved, not belonging, not understood and we hide in our little bubble and
even think that if we close our eyes nobody will notice us. You make
yourself so small and invisible yet you star never stops shining and that
makes you visible yet people surrounding you do not understand.
I wanted so much to come home, where ever this might be, and be truly
myself with people knowing and understanding me. If I reached out for help
I was sent back to trust and have faith of my inner knowing while most of
the time I did not know what is was yet it always turned out well at the end.
When I asked for advice people saw me as in the story of ‘Rapunzel’, being
locked up in a tower away from everyone, and when I really surrendered I
found my strength and my power in my loneness. I was not alone, I had a
whole Spirit Crew guiding me and I could only get in touch with them when I
was in my stillness. This was not an easy journey but it gave me so much
strength and courage and power to continue following my dreams. Even in
the darkest hour I can feel so much compassion, joy, happiness and love
because I learned how to receive, while giving so much with true
compassion I learned to receive the higher vibrations of joy, happiness and
love.

3. Become the Star and Observer of your own life

Our stories are kept locked by our emotions. Embrace these emotions and
recognize them and have so much love and compassion for yourself to
transform them and rewrite your life story with you being the Star of your
life. This will navigate you out of it. I know it takes so much courage and
strength to navigate through them and yet you can tap into this power by
surrendering to your fears. Fear is just a door of your limitation.
Do you want to open the door?

You always have the key available, it is your choice to use it and become
THE STAR OF YOUR OWN LIFE! Bravo!

By becoming the Star of Your Life you become the observer and director of
your own life story and start to dream even bigger than ever imagined.
This is your strength! You are capable of having so much compassion for
yourself and your human body to keep yourself safe and healthy and to
know exactly what to say or do in any given circumstances. You trust
yourself, you trust the process and have faith in the outcome whatever it will
be.

4. Be the way shower

By being the Star and Director of your own life story you show the way to
others and invite them to do the same so they choose.
As with any new creation old emotions may show up again like failure,
anger, frustration …. these are just stepping stones to even a more magical
life story where you go beyond your dreams and manifest the most amazing
story ever imagined.

What if you show the world your beautiful smile?

Hello Beautiful You,

Last night I had a conversation with someone close to me and during our talk suddenly a window opened and I could see how much hatred was inside. Hatred towards me not meeting his expectations, not being grateful for all the efforts he does to make me happy, not willing to listen to all his stories, not willing to see his victimhood, not willing him to treat him like he wants me to treat him, and before I could tap into this vibration and invite him to move into the loving beautiful being he really is, the window closed again. For now I can only bless him and ask his guides, the moment he is willing to open this window again and allowing himself to move through it, it can change in an instant moment and moves him towards the real love his soul and heart would love him to be.

It reminded me of a reading I did some years ago. I never met the mother in person we only had a conversation over mail and she had some worries for her daughters. They share the same bedroom and one of them had trouble sleeping at night, she was aware of everything around her and was really scared. During the reading her guides told me to redecorate the bedroom with the picture of the sun and some beautiful items which gives her saftely and trust. The mother took the advice at heart and redecorated the bedroom completely and the little girl was so happy, felt like a princess and slept so much better.

Spring is in the air, birds are singing in the trees, we can now open the windows and let the sunshine and fresh energy enter. Time to clean up the house, remove the clutter and receive creativity and new possiblities. While I was cleaning up I came upon this quote from Charlie Chaplin and I wish to share this with all of You. Enjoy !

“As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth. Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody if I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”!”

Creating a whole new world !

Hello Beautiful You,

Yep I am back at a crossroad deciding which step to take in what direction.

Last year I invested a lot in myself, travelling twice to Bali, moving to another house, helping my mom and my son move into an apartment, a lot of new insights, meeting new people, more love, peace, happiness, joy, connection into my heart- body-soul not really sure where it will lead me.

One of the workshops here in France was with an amazing man, who maps your life story connecting certain planets who has an impact on certain important times in your life. I had to reflect on my childhood and adolescence and tell him everything what came into mind during these periods. Then he maps all the reflections on a spiral and connects several happenings with each other. It is like a soul map guided by the planets. At one encounter, he told me my story reminded him at the Fairy tale Rapunzel, especially the part where the evil which casts Rapunzel into the desert to fend herself and her twin.

While on my trip to Bali last year, another beautiful man, introduced me to the story Rama and Sita, the Ramayana, a happy love story of eternal love. Back home I read the story about love and courage and trust and faith and intuition and innocence and again at a certain point in the story Sita got convicted to the desert where she gave birth to a twin.

I just wondered why in the same year I was confronted with a love story and the women being convicted to the desert and gave birth in loneliness? This upset me and so much suppressed anger and frustrating coming up. Releasing the topics showed to me and raising my vibrations asking for an answer.

This morning I had a cup of coffee outside and watched the sun rising and the moon still visible in the sky and suddenly this movie ‘Brother Son and Sister Moon’, a movie from the early 1970’s, came to mind and how much I loved this movie back then. It is about the life story of St. Francis of Assisi and there was my answer:

It takes strength to build a new world and courage to live in it, and in his innocence, he made a world were only truth was sacred and life was Holy. He had the vision to see a higher beauty and to know a greater love. At one point when he was send to the Pope to receive his punishment the Pope replied: in our obsession with original sin we do often forget original innocence.

And my question why the desert: the desert is a place which demands courage and trusting your abilities and having faith in your intuition and guidance from your Spirit Team. There is no distraction from the outside world, just you and the universe and you develop all your senses. During the daytime you have the burning hot sun, the sun who is our life force energy and the alchemist to bring everything back in order and harmony, during the nighttime it is much cooler and you experience the beauty and the expansion of the universe and gives you so much insight. It invites you to get out of old stories and believes since there is no real timeline and you must surrender.

Also the desert can be ‘a desert’ an explosion of sweetness, of nectar from sun-ripened fruit giving you direction to love, abundance, joy, happiness, sweetness for yourself and others.

What if we can reverse our present life into a whole new world of abundance in money, love, happiness, joy, strength, courage, braveness, truth?

Be who You needed when you were younger

This morning I woke up with a feeling of loneliness and being abandoned. I saw this little child sitting at a bus stop and being promised someone would come and pick her up and no one came. No bus, no car, no person, no one. This feeling of loneliness and waiting was so intense it brought tears into my eyes and my heart hurt so much. This feeling of being abandoned and waiting for someone to show up, not belonging, no one to comfort and nurture you was also very familiar and being an companion throughout my whole life. It has been a part of me and I do not want to suppress it anymore, I am willing to move through it and transmute it into such a beautiful loving feeling, knowing I am loved and safe and have the courage to move through it all and on the other side I will find a gift just for me to treasure and make me even more loving myself.

Yesterday I talked to a friend of mine, she is very physic and intuitive, and she told me she was without petrol for heating her house and had no money to refill the tank and nobody to help her. She asked me for a healing session so I did.

Now I do a healing for myself. Knowing this feeling was a companion for a long time, it is now time to reframe and rewrite my story so my path becomes clearer towards someone loving would pass and take this little child home, give her some hot coco to drink and warm her up and serving her a piece of cake to comfort her, sitting by the fireplace, listening to lovely music in the background, a dog lying on her feet and a cat on her lap. Having this lovely person sitting in front of her taking the time to listen to her story, comfort her, hugging her, stroking her hair and promising her that it will be all right and that she is save and well taken care off. Seeing her beauty and her potential and encouraging her to listen to her inner voice and follow her intuition knowing she has all the courage to face the fears and she always has help and she can ask for it at any given moment.

If you ask for help from the Akashic Record Keepers, the Angelic Realm, the Ascended Masters and God/Goddesses it is like you take the lift in the Empire State Building, or any high building, and get a view from the top over the city so you can have a big overview on where you are and a map of the surroundings. If you stand on the StreetSide before the building you only see lots of people and cars, hear so many noises and you are so distracted by everything around you that you cannot tap into your own inner knowing.

The feelings are your roadmap and whenever fear arises know you can always ask for help from your guides so they can be this elevator to rise you into a higher frequency and get guidance to take the next step.

Maybe by connecting with others you feel the fear from them and reflects them as your own. Even then doing a healing process and rewriting the story, by putting a more beautiful picture in the space after the clearing, is beneficial for all of us since we have this powerful connection.
